Complete lack of timely communication, I asked them to file my taxes, and had to continuously follow up to make sure it was done via email. Then their "software" went down, you're telling me you need a software do file taxes for you, ? this went on for over a month -as a resut of this my taxes were filed late, and I ended up owning more than what I initially owed when I had filed myself for the same year. They did not send me a copy for my records, and did not ask me how I wanted to pay for what was owed. So now I owe taxes, I don't know how much is owed, IRS website isn't reflecting the amount owed yet, and was a complete waste of time and money.
Min got back to me very quickly. He's very competent. The entire process was smooth and straightforward.
Within 5 minutes on was on the phone with him and he walked me through everything tax related as accounting was my worst subject and I know nothing about it. He did an excellent job laying out how the taxes work and he makes it incredibly easy to upload any accounting documents. I will be using him for next years return now.
Min has been amazing-from my first contact with him he has been responsive, efficient, straight forward and skilled. He has saved me money by helping me Re-file my taxes and set up an LLC.
