Chuck installed surround sound system in basement and had to work through several challenges which he did well. Chuck also installed an eero system throughout the home. He was professional, courteous, and kept us very informed and asked us questions to make sure his plans worked with ours. We will hire him again for other projects And could not give a higher recommendation!!!
Charles was very knowledgeable and professional. He hid the cords, established a better way for me to use my WiFi and had other recommendations on saving money with cable. He is punctual and cleans up after he is done. I will definitely hire him again!
Charles was great to work with - courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He mounted my TV in my rec room, carefully hid all the wires, and did a fantastic job overall. Can recommend him without any hesitation. I'll be having him install a whole-house, attic antenna next month! Here's a photo of the TV in the built-in entertainment bookshelf thing.

Charles completed my install yesterday. He and Russ did a great job. I reached out to several companies for my Dolby Atmos home theater upgrade. SimplyAV is expert at wiring. My install had many challenges including a pitched ceiling, firewall, and a hot attic with difficult access. Near end he had to go back in the attic to fish the coax tv antenna thru the ceiling and wall to TV. Not fun. Testing today and it looks and sounds great. He gave me a good deal on a Sony Receiver and Monitor Audio Silver speaker package too. Although the speakers will take a while to break in, they sound excellent at first listen. SimplyAV is an excellent alternative to brick and mortar home theater stores. Charles paid attention to my thoughts/ideas and followed up quickly with quotes and answers. The other vendors I reached out to did not show the same interest in my business. I highly recommend SimplyAV for your home theater and automation projects
Had a great experience with Simply AV. Charles was able to diagnose and fix an issue that has been ongoing for almost 2 years. Had the original installers of my home theatre come to check who said everything was fine. Charles actually look the time to test every part of the system and found the problem. Also very fair hourly rates. Would definitely use again!!
I spoke with Charles about a project where I wanted a Ubiquiti access point installed outside my IT closet in the hallway. I needed to hire someone to run the cat6 ethernet cable from the ceiling and drop it into my wall panel inside the closet. Charles was very understanding of what I was trying to accomplish, and we went over all the details along with any concerns he had before the work started. I was okay with the concerns and he began working promptly. I was extremely happy with the results and he made the wiring look very professional inside the closet. What I really liked about Charles is that he was familiar with Ubiquiti products, but he also specialized in wiring rooms with ethernet cables and other AV equipment. Hire Charles.
