UPDATE: -they reached out after my original review to let me know they had sent the refund, I just had not seen it yet. It’s been weeks so I reached back out, they’re ignoring me. -10 hours late (kept moving the time by a few hours at a time) -took up space in the truck with their own furniture but charged full price - did not put together 2/3 pieces correctly - my boyfriend and I unloaded every box and suitcase ourselves - made many large scratches to solid wood bed frame -only refunded the tip even when I asked for and they agreed to refund me partially.

Not over charge the customer when I did not give permission for just the deposit! I was unaware they saved it and ober charged me and would not answer my requests to make it right! I will take this further
Their hourly rate on Thumbtack is $135/hour. They charged me $176/hr. I called the owner and he would not honor his advertised price. He rented a moving truck that was too small and poorly equipped so the project too 33% longer that expected. He didn't have enough padding and stretch tape. Did not take direction when placing items in the storage space. I overpaid for terrible service!
I highly recommend this moving company! They helped me today move a 1,250-pound safe, and they did an amazing job. They were professional, careful, strong, and very respectful of my home. They handled the safe with great care and made the whole process look easy. I’m very happy with their service and would definitely use them again. Thank you for the great job! Highly recommended!
The movers were fantastic. Did a great job and were friendly. The only issue was they were supposed to arrive between 2-4 and didn’t arrive until 5:15. They were however in constant communication about the time frame change due to another job they were working taking extra time.
They were fast and efficientwith loading and unloading the truck. They focused on making sure everything was transported safely. They were very respectful of both my wife and myself.

MarcAnthony and his team were great. He was very responsive and reliable, they worked quickly and efficiently in moving my big furniture from my apartment to new house! They were both very professional and personable.
