Grout did not complete our project to our satisfaction. While the crew did a nice job with the cleaning, sealing, and caulking of our granite counters, as well as the grout on our kitchen, bathroom, and shower floors, the work on the bathroom vanity was incomplete. They removed some blemishes, but not all of them, and I do not believe a seal or finish was ever applied to the surface. Our dissatisfaction was compounded when we discovered that the crew had tripped a circuit breaker in the bathroom and failed to inform us. This suggests they stopped working when their outlet lost power, leaving the job unfinished. I contacted the project manager twice regarding this matter; the first time, he requested pictures, and the second time, he ignored my message completely. Given the incomplete work and lack of communication, I would not use Sir Grout in the future.
