Respond. Jesse was helping me. 3 days worth of work together. When I was frustrated I wanted to send it to Jesse and he was working on a shipping label.... Then stopped responding and left me with a computer in worse condition than it was when he first started to help. I appreciate that he wanted to get it fixed and kept trying other things. I do not appreciate just dropping the ball and left me with a computer that didn't work at all..
After spending 4 unsuccessful hours with 2 Microsoft customer support agents, SJK Creative & Tech resolved my Microsoft 365 problem and several others in less than 90 minutes! SJK provided live telephone support and a secure remote computer link—even after hours!—which was fantastic. Personal, friendly, knowledgeable—and reasonably priced—service; what more could you want? I just found my “go to” technical support team!
The tech got back to me very quickly and I asked them to call me around 9 a.m. the next morning. They called and the tech was able to help me by phone and by remote to my PC. He found a couple of setup things that were causing the problem. Then, I was able to complete the Windows install which was the problem.
