We needed a treadmill removed so the floor could be refinished. Arrived within agreed time, finished quickly, will call again when we have a need.
My old treadmill was in need of long overdue service and I reached out to Sk Tech Solutions. The technician (Sakhile) was clearly knowledgeable about treadmills and understood what needed to be done to get my treadmill back to its former glory. He took his time, explained what he was doing and why, and made sure all was working well before he left. This was a very positive experience and I would recommend this company should you need treadmill repair or maintenance.

Sakhille provided excellent service repairing my NordicTrack elliptical. He clearly explained what would be covered during the visit before booking, which I really appreciated, and he was able to get me scheduled quickly. His work quality was top notch, and he successfully fixed the squeaking issue. He also identified a part that still needs to be ordered, but the machine is fully usable in the meantime without the annoying noise. I was very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend him.
Excellent job. I first hired Sk to diagnose my old treadmill. Then I rehired him to put together my new treadmill a few days later. He was very honest, easy to work with and responded quickly.
Very pleasant, he came right out. My treadmill had a squeak, he lubed everything, checked every single bolt and screw, it was a very evasive squeak lol but he fixed it. He under estimates his worth! I need to order a part for my bike but he will be coming back to fix it when I get the part. If you are like I was and worried about not hiring the right guy, do not worry. You will be happy with his work!
SK was great… he arrived on time and was able to diagnose my issue with my Nordictrack Commercial X32i, and even corrected a separate issue with my treadmill belt… I would recommend him… thanks again
