After seeing the positive reviews, I thought I’d reach out to get some help with a shed we’re looking to modify. Unfortunately, we spent almost a month trying to simply get the work scheduled, and the communication throughout the process was quite poor. I had to reach out multiple times just to get clarity on when the work could actually begin. I would have appreciated more upfront and transparent communication about availability and timing, which would have saved both of us time and effort. If you’re looking for someone who respects your time and communicates clearly, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this person.

Nick resolved several issues for us quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. He was reliable, communicative, and made the entire process seamless. We're very grateful for his help and would not hesitate to work with him again in the future. Highly recommend!
Nikolai is awesome! On time, timely completion of the job, friendly and cleaned up afterward. The cabinet looks great!!
Nicolai helped me build a metal chicken run and I could not have done it without him! We ran into all kinds of problems (I.e. the coop door was too short, some of the awning pieces were badly bent, etc) and he had a solution for each problem. He’s very methodical and careful and he did an excellent job. I would absolutely hire him again for assembly.
Installed our trampoline and helped level it. Was quick to respond and got it done quickly.
Made this assembly so much easier than on our own.
Great service and professionalism! Fully dedicated, continued to work after daylight to get the job completed.
Great work and communication!
Great work done. We loved it
Nikolai is extremely prepared, skilled, and hardworking. He has improved many areas of our home, including putting up curtain tracks, fixing our front door, building and mounting a number of bookshelves, mounting our headboard and mirrors, among other tasks. He is always completes tasks efficiently and thoroughly - We have really appreciated his help!
Amazing job. He's like an engineer when doing the shelving unit. I'd gladly hire them again
Excellent service. Punctual, efficient and excellent communication. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.
Had him install a huge trampoline. He was on time and do it all fuss free. Highly recommend.
Efficient, polite, compliant and very professional. Definitely recommend!
I wish I wasn’t limited to checking just 3 boxes regarding the excellent work by Skillful Hands as I would’ve checked all 5 if I could have. I had two smaller size puppy pens that I wanted to make it into one large pen. I wanted to make sure that it was stable and secure when the change was made because the sides were high and I was concerned about it being wobbly. Skillful Hands clearly gave a lot of thought to how to best achieve this, moving the sides around to see which would be most stable, and then suggesting that in addition to fastening the sides together that the base also be attached to the floor mats for additional safety and security. That never occurred to me and I was so impressed with his thinking outside the box about how to achieve the results I was looking for. I was thrilled with the result. I cannot emphasize enough how much it meant that he gave thought to what I wanted to achieve, and came up with an excellent solution.
Nikolai stained our new wooden door. He was professional, thorough, and communicative. Would recommend to anybody looking for a handyman!
