Quality work, honest, always cleaned the site when work completed. Price quote was fair for the quality. No surprises no added costs. The time estimate was accurate no overruns. Carlos interacted great with other subs on job and the engineer. We couldn’t ask for a better framer and he read the blueprints from the architect and made great recommendations for improvements and spoke directly to engineer on our behalf. City inspectors passed all inspections on first visit.

Carlos and his sons are pros. He is fair and honest and has pride in his work. Very responsive and does what he says he will do
I was very pleased with Skyline Framing, Carlos, and his crew. He was quick to get back to me about my project and made an appointment to come out and review the work that needed to be done. He was right on time and gave me an estimate. As he was already working on a project in another area, he said he would get back to me with a date. He called me within two days and set a date for that weekend! Again they showed up on time and got the job done. Very professional, attended to the job, and they quality of work was very good… meet all my expectations. They also cleaned up well. Carlos is a great person to work with… great personality and easy going. Really listened to what I wanted and it was done! I would definitely hire him and his crew again!
Great quality work, professional, and attentive. Carlos and his team took on my deck project and completed a complete rebuild in 3 days! Extremely satisfied with the result. I will definitely hire him again for future projects. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
Carlos was great to work with, he helped me out on short notice and did a great job. I'm already planning more projects with him.
I hired Carlos to reconfigure my fireplace wall. I had an idea in my head combined with an inspiration picture. I'm SO GRATEFUL for finding Carlos! He really delivered! Carlos' framework is exceptional. His eye for detail is sharp. He is extremely talented, respectful, and neat! When hiring contractors, I make my selection based on my comfort-level with contractor, his expertise, skill, and craftsmanship, price and contractor's passion. Those are all important factors! Carlos met every point! Carlos is friendly, likable, professional, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE about contracting, passionate about his craft, and he has an artesian's eye! He does more than merely what you ask. Carlos is able to take your thoughts and ideas and transform them to reality! While Carlos may not be the least expensive contractor, his rates are competitive and he's willing to work with you. Carlos is worth the extra few dollars! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Carlos! I already have several new projects lined up for him to take on. Cheers to contractor success!
Great experience!! Carlos was creative, timely, flexible and an experienced carpenter that went the extra mile to make sure I was happy! Would hire again👍🏼👍🏼
We wanted to convert our den into a bedroom. After speaking to Carlos I was confident he would be able to do the job. I am pleased with the the end result. Carlos and his team were very professional and respectful of our home. Carlos went above and beyond in order to give us exactly what we wanted in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Skyline Framing.
We used Carlos to frame out a new pantry in our existing home. His work is very good, and he is very prompt. The work was done in less than a day, and he left the area cleaner than when he arrived. I will definitely use him for future projects.
