Skyline never finish job. The concret pouring is uneven and cracked. Plywood left up, did not take down or discard. Barriers fot ramp never put back. Concret is cracked, sunk on and differt color. D id not waterproof as agreed.

This company guaranteed their work and service but when I called to report an issue with the installation they’re avoiding me. They are unresponsive and unprofessional. I called and left several messages and I even took days off to be available for them to correct their mistakes but they did not show up on multiple occasions. Now they’re not even responding to my calls nor messages. Please beware of this unprofessional company who only says what is needed to get your money but doesn’t back it up. Definitely would NOT recommend this business!

The cleaned my fireplace and told me that my chimney’s lining was deteriorating. They fixed it that day in a professional and timely manner. Felt like they were reliable and communicative.
Can’t say enough good things about this company. I reached out to them on a thumbtack and they showed up the next day evaluated our problem and were prepared to do the work the same day. Honest company, responsive, and communicated everything that would be done clearly and concisely. Would definitely recommend them.
Thank you for unclogging my dryer vent which was filled with lint. The vent was located on the roof of a 2 story house and they did a great job. Highly recommend

Mike took a look at my wood burning fireplace on Friday morning that required a liner. He gave me such a good rate that I jumped on It and he was done in just a few hours. Good work
I retained Skyline Maintenance Inc to convert my wood-fire to gas-fired [Heat&Glo unit] fireplace. Their quote was slightly higher compared to other contractors but in exchange, I received professional service. Patricia and Mike, who run the operations, were always there to answer all of my questions. I never had to chase them. Items related to work but not covered under agreement were resolved by Mike, free of charge. Overall, they did a great job [5 stars] and I would recommend them to anyone.
Had an ongoing issue with the squeaky cap on my chimney. After an unsuccessful hire previously with another company and a Thumbtack post that didn’t get any responses, I was pleased to get several responses. Skyline was quick to respond and to follow up. Michael fixed my longstanding issue, plus corrected another issue found on the chimney quickly and expertly. In addition, he assisted with several other related issues. He also cleaned up when done.
Hired October 6 it took until yesterday October 20 to get the job done. That being the only set back ,otherwise I'm very pleased with the work, the workers and their performance. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to anyone else for any roof or chimney work.
