Very responsive. Did the job fast. Pretty thorough. Showed up early in the morning (too early - woke my kids hence the 4 stars). Expect to haggle a little - initial quote was much too high but final $ was reasonable for our area. Broke a little branch on our tree when backing up. Not a huge deal.
Atud and his team were fast to respond and quick to get the work done. They cleared a house filled with furniture and debris in a few hours.

Unfortunately this was a complete waste of time. While I will give the contractor props for contacting me right away after posting the job, during the discussion I specifically stated that he would need a bobcat. I’m happy the calls are recorded. I have a picture and video that I provided as well. The gentleman told me that he has done jobs of this nature before with shovels and would not need a bobcat. Him and his team just arrived at my house 10 minutes ago and are now leaving because they need a bobcat to do the job. Unbelievable! A complete waste of my time.
Damaged walls, floor is scratched, never on time. Would not recommend. We have two pieces of furniture that are damaged. The owner is not claiming responsibility for the furniture not the damage to home. The move took three days and still was not completed in its entirety without suggesting more money. Said he had a full team but would only show up with one other person. I asked which insurance company to go through for damages and never received a response. The team was always not on time. I will say the owners heart is in the right place he is a kind man but this may not be the right business for him.

We have been getting lots of renovations done to our home recently, so I hired them to move a (brand new) couch, loveseat and chair from my main level to the lower level so we could get our hardwood floors resurfaced. Now I can start off with the actual move. They get to my house an hour and a half late, that’s only after I called them half an hour after they were supposed be here. They get to my house and tell me that they thought they were supposed to do something else after I texted them what I needed done days before. Now let’s start with the moving of furniture itself. They look at the furniture and say I think we can fit it down the stairs. Well, thinking and doing we’re two different things. They ruined our brand new couch and loveseat along with, freshly painted stair banisters and walls. All along as they were moving the furniture one of them is telling the other “don’t let it touch” and as soon as he said it “bang”. After that I told them to forget the chair and just leave. Long story short, I paid them (which I shouldn’t) $50 and sent them on the way.
