This company has some serious nerve. I initially requested a cleaning and had to cancel it. When they asked me to reschedule, I never got back to them or signed up for a new cleaning, yet, TWICE they scheduled me and told me they’re coming to my home unwarranted and uninvited. It is extremely concerning and scary that they have the audacity to do that.
Stay away from this company! I had the worst experience of my life with them. The guy that came to clean the house did a terrible job. We have a dog with long hair, so the house really needs a good vacuuming, for sure, but in the website as you can see one can select if one has pets, which obviously brings the cost up a bit. So to keep it simple, when hiring a cleaning service I do expect to get a clean house in return, which was not the case. After the guy that came cleaned, there was still hair under the bed, on the chairs, rugs, couch. It felt like he was really not taking the time to make sure he was doing a good job. It is true that when I asked him if he could please vacuum a few places again, he did with no issues, but still not cleaning well. It was pretty embarrassing to have to ask someone to do a better job and I felt like a jerk having to ask. After he left my wife and I had to vacuum the entire house and mop it as well (what they use is one of those flat mops and a spray bottle) which really does not do much at all. They do have a discount when hired biweekly which I thought I would take advantage of when I hired them. If you wish to cancel the second visit though, they remove that discounted price. Obviously neither my wife or I wanted them to come again, so we called the company and when I tried to explain what my experience had been like, the man on the line just rushed me off the phone and hung up… great… The website says that if unhappy they will offer you a refund, which I have never ever requested when hiring a cleaning service, but again, I never had to clean my entire house again after hiring someone. Since I was basically hung up on without really any solution, I blocked my credit card to prevent them from charging me more now that I had decided that I didn’t want their services again and will be disputing this charge. Absolutely ridiculous! I then received a call from the guy that came to do the cleaning, who was wondering why my card declined. I explained that I was unhappy with the service and attempted to explain why and he started arguing and arguing stating that he had not complain when asked to vacuum again and that he had done complimentary services such as cleaning windows and that I was disrespectful and accused me of throwing a napkin on the floor for him to pick it up??? What and why would I do that?… I am not sure… If there was a napkin somewhere it did not belong it was obviously not to disrespect someone that was working… just a pretty bizarre experience that left us with a very bad taste. I really don’t appreciate their customer service or the quality of their work and that is why I really would not recommend them. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before. Embarrassing and uncomfortable situation really…

Booked Rick a week in advance and he patiently replied to several questions and concerns I had in advance as an absentee landlord. Cleaning day came and he and his crew completed the job with completely and thoroughly I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Rick and his company for your cleaning needs I plan to use him again in the future
