Eric quickly diagnosed the issue. He answered questions and explained what was happening and what he was doing to address the issue. In his explanations, he conveyed technical jargon in terms that I was able to comprehend.
I needed some support with connecting a new printer to my mac computer. I just could not figure it out. It took Eric Serkosky only about 10 minutes to making it happen. It was a big relief, to finally being able to use my new printer. Needless to mention, Eric from Skytech is very personable and easy to work with.
Eric was great. On time, professional. Solved my problem pretty quickly (in the first hour) and entirely satisfactorily. I’d certainly hire him again.
I was told my SSD was failing and was led to believe major hardware repairs were needed. Based on that diagnosis, I was quoted roughly $1,200 in repairs. After continuing to troubleshoot on my own, I was able to get the system working again by reinstalling Windows myself. The SSD that was supposedly failing is currently reporting healthy status and functioning normally. I paid $150 for a diagnosis that appears to have been incorrect and nearly spent over $1,000 on repairs that did not end up being necessary. I would recommend getting a second opinion before authorizing any major work.
Everything was excellent will call Eric again when needed.
The fact that we were born the same Month of October does make it much easier to get along.

Eric was great to work with - he is pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. A water spill completely fried my laptop’s system/battery, to the point I could not even power it back on. Eric was able to transfer all my stored files/data/history over to a new laptop for a very reasonable price. Saved me a lot of headache - would definitely recommend his services!
