I reached out to Mr. Wendell to get a concrete repair job done asap. He came out and did what I requested the very next day, and did a great job by the way. We've already made plans to use Mr. Wendell again.
The front step and stoop of my row home was in serious need of repair. I contacted Mr. Jones of Slate Concrete and within an hour he replied, we discussed the project, he emailed me a proposal, and we set up a time for him to fix my step. I could not be happier with his work. He even corrected one of the slabs on my walkway that was slanted. Mr. Jones is a gem and I can’t recommend him enough if you have a concrete project to complete!
Mr. Jones was very responsive and did a great job filling holes, and crack in my front porch. He also resurfaced the whole porch. Arrived at the job on time. He is a little persistent with reaching out but don’t let that deter you. His work is high quality.

Wendell did an excellent job on my sidewalk. The sidewalk needed to be broken up and hauled away as well as apply fresh cement. He went above the expected project outline by delivering the job well before the end date. He had the cement portion of the job that was approximately 80 feet, completed in 2 hours. The results were fantastic. Add on the fact that he is a really good guy as well. I will definitely use him again in the very near future.
We worked with Wendell at Slate concrete on a very non-typical job where there was flooding in our garage. We needed a trench drain installed but initially asked for a channel drain (we didn't know the difference). Wendell reviewed the job with us and once we determined what was needed, he went above and beyond to make sure the job got done they way we wanted. He was on time, knew what he was doing, and executed it perfectly. Great value for the work!!

Wendell and his partner did an excellent job resurfacing part of our walkway and they also installed a concrete ramp in the back outside of the fence gate.
