She helped us with everything from location to flowers to music to everything else that goes into a wedding and she was cool, calm, and confident. I highly recommend her to any couple tying the knot; she made our lives so much easier in the planning process. We even had a medical emergency and she’s been following up with us since the wedding to check in which is above and beyond. Can’t praise her enough!

Sarah was amazing and super helpful throughout the whole wedding process that I barely felt any stress. We had multiple calls throughout our planning time leading up to the wedding to check in. She had a shared google sheet to track details, timeline, budget, recommendations, and vendors. She would also reach out to vendors to schedule meetings or ask follow up questions Sarah was helpful with everything behind the scenes on the day of and helped bring the day and details together. Our videographer even said she was the most efficient wedding planner they have ever worked with. I could not recommend Sarah enough! Thank you so much for everything, Sarah!! <3
I found Sarah on Thumbtack for my surprise engagement plan. This is the best decision I had for finding her as my planner. She is very responsive and consider all the details. Since the timeline is pretty tight, Sarah is very efficient and productive on finding the venue, after I let her know my thoughts of doing this as a “gallery” to surprise my girlfriend. She know exactly what I want and find a great venue to make this happen. She also help setting up all the photos and make the decorations with roses pedals, balloons and the music. Sarah is great!! We are so happy having her on this special event.
Sara did a event for me at my home. She made it so easy on my side, and my guests were all very happy with the results. My daughter’s wedding was 2 days before my event and I depended on Sarah for everything so I could concentrate on helping my daughter prepare for her big day. She coordinated with the tent rental caters and prepared and sent out the invites- and collected the RSVPs so I only had to make a guest list and decide the menu. I would definitely recommend her for any future events.

More importantly, we felt cared for and seen during the planning process of our July 2023 ceremony and reception. Sarah was the best decision I made during wedding planning - she made sure all our details were in place, provided helpful advice and context guidance when making some final decisions, and most importantly took care of everything the day of… She kept us on time, helped make sure all our items were scooped up at the end of the night, and made it look oh-so-effortless in the process. To say Sarah was amazing would be an understatement. We had a beach wedding that she planned for us. Every single detail involved, Sarah made sure that it was taken care of. We took a chance on hiring Sarah as the planner for our daughter and son in law's wedding. I read reviews on Thumbtack and saw the 5 star rating. We soon found out why she received such a high rating. Sarah Christianson is an amazing wedding planner! Without her I do not think my daughter and son in law's wedding would have run as smoothly as it did. Sarah was always responsive to my daughter's questions and concerns. She shared constructive ideas and made them happen. I cannot say enough about Sarah. She is amazing, professional, caring and creative. I would give her 10 stars if I could. I do not have an eye for detail or planning but we felt really confident with Sarah keeping track of everything and helping to execute the day of. She was super responsive and worked well with other vendors and venue coordinators. I don’t know what we would have done without her
We were initially on the fence about hiring a planner for our wedding because our venue had a coordinator- but we are seriously so glad that we did. Sarah did SO much beyond what the venue coordinator would have been able to help us with. Sarah did an incredible job coordinating the day of and helping us plan our wedding. We had a lot of logistical challenges on our day (multiple buses, hotels, big parade and traffic on town, etc) and she coordinated everything so that we could really relax and enjoy our day. She is seriously so professional and knows her stuff! My entire family agreed- Literally the best investment . We couldn't have pulled it off with Sarah!
Having Sarah as our day-of coordinator was hands-down the best decision we made for our wedding. Leading up to the wedding day, Sarah was always available to answer any questions I had and provided recommendations for vendors. As we got closer to the date, she took a huge weight off of my shoulders. From creating detailed timelines, coordinating arrivals/setup with the vendors, organizing every single detail for the ceremony and reception, setting up the venue with our DIY floral arrangements and decorations, to even showing up to the bridal suite to steam my dress and veil in the morning (wow!), she is Amazing. We dropped off our liquor, flowers, and decorations the day before and she met us there to organize and sort everything herself. And then on the wedding day, all we had to do was arrive to the venue to see that everything was set up even better than we could have ever imagined! I literally didn't hear a peep from any vendors because she was taking care of it all behind the scenes. She was super organized, responded to my emails, texts, calls promptly, and was very punctual. If she said she would be somewhere by 9am, she was there 8:50am. But what really impressed me about Sarah is her calm and collective demeanor. On my wedding day, I felt so overwhelmed with emotions, jitters and butterflies in my stomach. But every step of the way, she was warm, sweet, and CALM which made me feel at ease throughout the entire day. I can't thank her enough for making our wedding absolutely perfect. You need Sarah on your wedding day! She was the best person to have next to us all day. Sarah was so attentive to each of us as checked in with us throughout the entire day and made sure we were ok. She took my pup when needed and had no problem. She fixed a bridesmaids dress. My girls are still saying how wonderful she is and they need her every day. We promise Sarah won’t disappoint. I can’t put into words how wonderful of a person she is and how I feel like every bride needs her helping them for their special day.
I would really have to say all 5. I would highly recommend Sarah! She made my daughter's wedding day stress free, especially for me. I cannot thank her enough!!
