Pulled up to our house, saw we were with another contractor (who wasn’t even there for the same thing), and left. Made an assumption that we had a brick wall where we don’t and decided he couldn’t take the job without even meeting us or getting out of his car. I contacted the office and they made some horrible excuse about how they “didn’t want to waste our time”. Oh, and they didn’t even bother to tell us they had decided to ghost. I had to contact them to ask where they were.

Sloan windows was amazing to work with. Absolutely love our new windows. And my least favorite tiny single hung windows became my favorite windows as they’re now casement Windows! We have amazing sliding windows now and patio doors. Couldn’t be more happier! Thank you so much Anton, Jana, and the rest of Sloan family and crew!!
Working with the Sloan team was an absolute pleasure. Anton provided great input on our choices, Jana kept us in the loop on scheduling, and Justin and the guys installed 5 windows in about 3.5 hours, cleaning up impeccably well when they were done! Highly recommend and will be using them for the rest of our windows. Pictures, attached. Comparison of the old vs. new kitchen window, the new etched glass in the bathroom, and the new bedroom window. Beyond pleased with the quality and clarity!
I reached out to Sloan Windows and Construction for a quote on a new sliding door and replacing a door with a window. I had previously wanted to merge the two doors into one large door but I had received quotes for over 20k which was well above my budget. Sloan Windows gave me multiple options, including my dream mega door. Their quote was very reasonable and I went with them, knowing it was custom and the glass supply took some time. They were very responsive keeping me informed of when the door was arriving and setting up a time to come install. My husband and I were impressed with the team, their professionalism and quality work. I would absolutely use them again!
It was great working with the Sloan team! Replaced two windows and a sliding patio door.
I never got the chance to work with Sloan unfortunately because their communication was so poor… I reached out 3 months ago to get a quote and he came and looked at the house and was super nice. He said I would receive a quote within a few days but I never heard from them again. I then reached out about 3 weeks ago asking about the quote I never received. They apologized and said they would let me know and yet again I have heard nothing. Unfortunately I couldn’t wait any longer to move forward with my window project so I am working with another company.
They came to our home to see what we needed done and take measurements. Every step of the way so far, they have been excellent about answering questions and communicating with us. Cant wait to start our project!
The window installation went perfectly, we love the windows. There was a problem with communication, but this was completely resolved. We highly recommend this great family business!
They were great to work with. They replaced all my old windows with new windows. I like that they are family owned and all the work is not sub contracted out. The communication was great throughout the process (that is always a big deal for me). I would highly recommend them.
Working with Antonio and his family was great! They did an awesome job replacing some windows in our basement. Very professional and nice. I love that it’s a family run business. Will recommend and hire for future window jobs.
Excellent experience and excellent quality of work. We’re extremely happy with our new windows.
I chose this professional for my project. The owner came out and suggested a very cost-effective alternative to new security doors which I very much appreciate. It is obvious that this company strives to serve their customers rather than themselves.
I purchased two sliding glass doors through Sloan W&D. The install and quality of the doors are excellent. I would use them again. My only concern was how long it took to get the doors from the manufacturer.
Hands down some of the best service all around I've had. Extremely professional all around, worked with me on pricing and pay, and the fellas that game out to do the work not only respected my home, they respected my family. I interviewed 12 companies to install my windows, none of them were close to these guys.
Sloan Windows exceeded all expectations! Communication was easy and effective. I was able to get an estimate immediately on a Saturday, which took about 10 mins. The quote was less than half of what Home Depot quoted. Work was done less than a week after the consultation, completed in half a day, the employees were professional and punctual, and the work is high quality. Anton informed me of a 2 year warrantee on the sliding door, low E tempered glass, and energy saving qualities. He was even willing to give me a discount if I purchased two. Will definitely be calling in the future for all glass and window needs!
The Sloan team did an exceptional job. They were flexible with pricing and timing. I love helping local companies and supporting the community. They had my old sliding glass door out and the new one installed in about an hour.
