The first time “small guy” came he blew dirt all over my patio. My yard was decent. But not worth having to clean and wash everything on my deck (furniture, toys, bbq, etc). The next time I hired him I was stood up. Then I asked him to come the next morning for an event I had in the afternoon. I told him I needed to confirm he’d be there and he confirmed. Got stood up again. I gave him a weeks notice of the work I needed done and he promised to be there and was not. Had I known I would have hired someone else or done it myself in a timely manner. I would NOT recommend someone so unreliable.

My giant 1960’s Big Hedge looks great after Small Guy pruned it. Very fast communication, they did a fantastic job and cleaned up perfectly after. Best price I’d found, to boot! Definitely a positive landscaping experience for me.
I reached out to this landscaping company to have the shrubs in our yard trimmed. They said they will stop by within a week to finish the remaining work after completing half of it. Since then, they have repeatedly set dates with me and then reschedule - five times in five weeks, to be exact. Despite having so many positive reviews, I am shocked by how unprofessional and unreliable this company is. It goes without saying that I am really disappointed and feel foolish for having patiently waited for them for so long to arrive and finish the task.

Small Guy Landscaping did exactly what we were asking for. We really needed our front door bush trimmed down but did not have the proper equipment to do it. Small Guy Landscaping gave us a fair price and cleaned it all up as well. We would definitely hire him again!
I hacked down some massive vines from trellises and had a giant pile of clippings in need of disposal. Jiaqi responded very quickly after I made my initial inquiry on a Sunday evening, and came to give a quote the next day. The quoted price was very reasonable and Jiaqi returned on Wed. to complete the work. He did a very thorough job and his communication was excellent. I will definitely hire him again!
Perfect experience! Here's why I'd hire him again and highly recommend him. I really needed help on a Monday and ended up on thumbtack Sunday night to get quotes. He was very responsive on a Sunday night! Because I wasn't sure exactly how much I needed hauled, he gave me a minimum and maximum quote that was WAY more reasonable than anyone else. He also came by Monday to give me a real price. I know dump fees are high here but Honest Guy was $500 less than another quote. He came on time and grabbed extra items for me. Super nice guy with a great truck, easy payment and very helpful. I will hire him for my next project with no reservation!
