Very professional
Despite not being able to start our project just yet. Smart builders are very professional and very detail oriented. They have an eye for design and I look forward to utilizing them in the future once we are ready to move forward.
at first this was going to be a take our time do a lot of comparisons repair job to burglar proof a wall of ex windows on my elderly garage. . .but 2 invasions in 2 days meant. . do it now. . . and they did. new door is great. the big repair wall simple clean intimidating. . even the gate access looks solid. I needed this done now. . .so cost was acceptable just for peace of mind. I feel safe now. can go back to life.
my little job of fixing my porch was just a small piece of board and a few screws and he charged me $200. I feel that's way too much money he only should have charged me like $75 or $100. takes advantage of seniors no breaks..
I tried several times to schedule an appointment and communication was delayed or difficult. We finally confirmed for today at 1p and the time came and went with no arrival or communication. I told them if they were too busy or didn’t want to evaluate my request to simply tell me but they reaffirmed and scheduled a clear date and time.
We had them add a railing to our steps. Very quick to get the project done and looking great! Would definitely hire again.
I had a fantastic experience working with Moses and his team! I needed doors installed in a particularly challenging area of my home, and they were able to expertly problem solve and create a beautiful finished space that exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. It can be difficult these days to find contractors who provide reliable service and quick, accurate quotes, but that was never an issue here. The entire project was completed within a day, and the results were even better than I had imagined. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Moses and his team to anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent customer service!
We hired Moses and the crew at Smart Builders to finish our basement, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From the very first meeting, Moses walked us through the entire process step by step. He took detailed measurements, shared creative ideas, helped with the design, and even invited us to their showroom to choose cabinets, countertops, and finishes that matched our vision. What we appreciated most was how they customized the project around our ideas and style while providing professional guidance throughout the process. The team communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and kept the project moving forward. Payments were divided into stages, making the process easy to follow and manage. Like many remodeling projects, we made several changes and upgrades along the way. Moses worked with us on the pricing of those changes, was transparent about costs, and helped us find solutions that fit our budget. We felt the additional work was priced fairly, and we were very happy with how everything was handled. The crew was professional, respectful, and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. They also completed several extra items along the way without hesitation, showing their commitment to customer satisfaction. We are extremely happy with our finished basement and would highly recommend Moses and Smart Builders to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy remodeling contractor.
Perfect! Came out to my home the same day and was very fast. 10/10.
Moses is awesome. Very thorough and explains things well (I’m first time home owner). I look forward to working with him on future projects
