Almaz is very nice and professional. I had him come to replace my bathroom fan and he has quick, cleaned up after himself, and was punctual. Definitely a handyman that you can trust- I will be referring him to my neighbors, friends, and family. I would definitely hire him again.
Had Almaz do some drywall repair work and touch up painting. Excellent work!! Even done to the texturing being an exact match I highly recommend him
so professional
We are extremely happy with service. We got our lights changed and he completed his job within an hour. He even got some extra fuse from the market for microwave and didn’t charge extra for that.
We had our bathroom exhaust fan replaced. He hooked up the lighting as well. Almaz did an amazing job! He is very responsive, punctual, reasonable priced and professional! We will definitely hire him again for other projects!!
Almaz did an amazing job adding an outlet, box and cover on the ceiling in my garage, for my garage door opener. He also helped me fix my bathroom light which wasn’t working before. He was on time and fixed it right away on a Sunday and very reasonable price. Thank you so much, keep his number for future projects
Excellent work ! This young man is very respectful ; at times explaining my options and the best way to make it work for me. I am very grateful and happy to recommend him !
I had a fantastic experience with Almaz! He installed curtain boxes in my living room and bedroom and an outlet in my bathroom, and the work was done with exceptional precision and care. Almaz was punctual, professional, and took the time to ensure everything was installed perfectly. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations, and he left the area clean and tidy. I highly recommend Almaz for any handyman needs—he truly goes above and beyond!
Nothing but great things to say about Smart Building Construction, LLC!! He’s responsive, scheduled quickly, and most importantly did a fantastic job on my many tasks. Did great job on repairs and even built me some stairs for my patio. Highly recommend!!!
I’ve been using thumbtack for a while and I had the greatest experience with smart building construction. I just moved into a new house, and I have been overwhelmed with building furniture and decorating. He came in and knocked out 40% of stuff. He set up my guest room bed, put together my closet organizers, cabinets, hanged up a massive painting and helped with mounting my tv. He was a jack of all trades and even offered to help out some more. He was kind, skilled and timely. I will 100% book with him all the time. Best on thumbtack!
