Did an amazing job, wired cat 5 lines for me to 3 of my rooms and front door for my ring doorbell when no else wanted to do it.
I would summarize Lorenzo as Professional, Resourceful and Knowledgable! I requested assistance installing a sound bar and he responded almost immediately and was there the next morning to do the installation. He problem solved the set up and installation, explained the options and was able to use Bluetooth to have it operating immediately. Additionally I had a small project I was working on and he was able to quickly assemble that too. So professional and knowledgable and a pleasure to work with.

I really appreciate how quickly he came out and drilled into the steel beams of my wall to put up a heavy duty mount. I got on Amazon for a steal. Here’s what I got on Amazon for $89: https://a.co/d/0iVQccYj So now I have the pleasure of having a 75 inch TV with a “Heavy Duty Full Motion Sliding TV Wall Mount” and I didn’t have to pay more than triple to get something as good from an electronics store. “There’s no television here and there’s no ice cream!” -My Dad I got you covered Dad.

Lorenzo was an amazing tech. He was incredibly communicative and patient with my hectic schedule. He VERY quickly figured out what was wrong with my printer, and before I knew it, the printer was fixed and I had him survey another job that I’m very intent on seeing through to the end. Definitely my new go-to resource for tech, electrical, and the many other areas where this consummate professional has risen above everyone else.

Hired to run a wire from my water main to an external reader- installed brown wire on white wall, so no hiding at all, instructed me to paint it if I wanted it hidden- did not install correctly, water company just came out to verify the installation and told me it was done incorrectly and is unusable - paid 300 for running the wire and now will have to hire someone else to do it again - meanwhile the water company is charging 250/month this isn’t done- so going with this company has now cost me 550 for an non-working ugly install

They did a good job overall but arrived the day after we originally agreed, and when they did arrive were late
I hired Smart Edgee to run Ethernet cables between two floors of my apartment via my back yard. They responded fast, offered a great price, and were available to start the job quickly. The job was done on time and within budget, with the jacks installed neatly on the walls and the cables hidden away nicely under the siding outside of the building—minimally invasive! I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for similar work.
