Th Smart Fixes team was great. They showed up to my tenants home on time, got me a detailed synopsis on what was wrong with my fridge, and took photos of everything. The bid was broken down clearly. I submitted a claim through my home warranty and they even went through all of the online process that my home warranty required to make sure I was able to get reimbursed from them. they answered within minutes of my inquiry, and sent someone to me within a couple hours. he didn't speak much English, but he was polite and professional, found the problem almost immediately, and fixed it right away
Though the technician didn't speak, scheduling the work was seamless, I received great communication leading up to the work, the tech arrived on time, and completed what I asked. I knew the issue (broken belt), had the part ready, and just needed it installed. $175 for 23 minutes of labor was a bit steep but it still beat buying a new dryer.
Our refrigerator went out late Saturday and he came Sunday morning. We are so grateful for his prompt and caring response.

Very friendly and easy to work with. He got back to me quickly, was flexible with scheduling, ordered the part right away, and showed up within the window he gave. He replaced all four suspension rods on my Samsung top-load washer and tested it. Unfortunately the washer had a deeper problem and couldn't be fixed, but he was upfront about it and refunded my deposit right away, no hassle. Honest, kind, and fair. I'd happily call him again for other appliance repairs.

This man does BAD BUSINESS. I had him come out to look at my washer because it mad a loud and wouldn’t agitate properly. He comes out and tells me on his translator that it would be $550 to fix. I politely declined,ask him to just put everything back how it was and I paid him his fee for coming out. Couple days later, I try to put a load in on lunch and it’s not spinning or making noise at all. So I come home from work and turn over washer to find out he balled my belt up, placed in the cover bolted it back. Now all of a sudden the belt doesn’t fit. Tried to get in contact, no response. STAY AWAY FROM HIM AND IF YOU DO, WATCH HIM LIKE A HAWK! HE STEAL!
Malinov is a professional who surpassed my imagination. He was here on time , he was able to troubleshoot the problem on time. He fixed the plumbing issue quickly and everything now works perfectly. I will advise anyone to employ the services of Malinov . He’s a sure bet.
