I reached out to Smart Future Home for installing decorative wall panel on my living room walls. Tim responded very quickly and discussed the project details and provided a very reasonable quote. I was able to schedule the installation the very next day. Tim arrived punctually at the mentioned time and clearly asked how I wanted things and started working on it. He clearly measured everything and made appropriate cutouts for the electrical outlets. The work was great at the end and I was very satisfied with the attention to details. Highly recommend Smart Future Home for all home maintenance and handyman services.
Tim was very unprofessional when handling my simple request. He installed a doorbell lock for me, and throughout the entire appointment, his demeanor was unprofessional and rude. I've provided screenshots of our messages below as evidence. I later needed another handyman for a different job. Before realizing I was in contact with Tim again, I had already begun sharing details of the project. Once I realized who I was speaking with, I decided to go with a different technician. However, when that technician canceled on me last minute, I gave Tim another opportunity to redeem himself. Unfortunately, his response was once again very unprofessional and rude. I feel he doesn't understand that this is a business matter, not a personal friendship. Things should never be taken personally, even if a customer decides to go with another provider. He should be grateful for the opportunities given to him. I will definitely not be booking this professional again. His overall demeanor lacks professionalism and basic respect for me as a consumer.
Tim was a lifesaver! Helped get some repairs done at my rental property just in time before new tenants moved in. Would recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
