Great first time experience with Kevin. I am very satisfied with the work Kevin has provided me. I’m looking forward to more projects in the future.

Took a bunch of pictures in 10 minutes. With next to no exterior shots, doors ajar missing accent walls and clipped or cropped images that do not have good composition. Awful rushed framing. Truth is we could only use 7 of around 40 images. We were surprised at how rushed he was. He was also 1.30 hrs late. Charged us $120 for 10 minutes of poor work. Realty shots do not seem to be his strength at all. Do not recommend.

Working with Kevin from Smart Media LLC was great! I had reached out to him on a Friday and had exactly what we were looking for late Sunday night. Not only is he very prompt in his responses, but his photography talent is amazing! He captured what we needed perfectly and went above and beyond with his work. We will definitely use his service again and we highly recommend him to anyone in his area looking for photography work.

Kevin was awesome! Great communication, listened to exactly what I had in mind, used cutting edge technology, and the best part is that the video turned out better than expected. Actually, better than “better than expected” as it’s really a work of art! Will definitely use again, thank you, Kevin!

Exceptional experience with Kevin. Punctual. Professional. As live in homeowners, he accommodated our need to stage each room separately. Excellent value. Highly recommend.

Ground level photos were taken at a decent resolution but the aerial photos were captured at only 4mp. The price was too high for the quality received and we will have to hire an additional photographer to retake the aerials. The aerial photos were screen grabs from a video file which is the reason for the low resolution. Photographer needs to upgrade their aerial equipment to professional equipment if they are going to provide a professional service as this left us disappointed and needing to hire another photographer for the aerial photos. He did offer to reshoot the project but couldn't do this for 2 more weeks which will not work for our deadline.
