Noel was quick to respond. He did run late but texted right away to let me know. He is professional, does great work, is pretty quick and knows what he’s doing. I did not ask for hidden wires because I rent and don’t want holes in the walls. Lastly, a nice guy working hard for his family. Give him a try.
Very happy with the job done — I bought all the equipment before (75 inch TCL TV, Sonos arc, and two Saunus mounts), and was initially nervous about mounting what seemed like a lot of equipment up on a wall without causing damage. Smart Mounts was knowledgeable in educating me on how buildings like mine are built, what to look for when mounting to eliminate the risk of damage to water lines, gas lines, electricity, etc. and ultimately executing and finishing the project quickly and respectfully. Everything is centered, and doing well, for a fantastic price. I will be working with Smart Mounts again in the future
Noel was great. He mounted 2 TVs for me in less than an hour. I also asked him to come back a couple of days later to mount my speakers. I would definitely recommend his services and would use again if needed
He was great with communication and even came early! Not only that, he went the extra mile and went out and got some extra pieces that I was missing. The work was done super efficiently and my TVs look amazing!
Noel did not place my curtain rod correctly and after a few weeks they fell off. I would not recommend his work.
Noel is fantastic! Responded immediately to my inquiry to mount a new 77" TV to an existing mount on fireplace. He was professional, friendly, and texted me with arrival time update due to traffic. I helped him for about 10 seconds to hold tv up to get in properly on mount and was no big deal. He did all the heavy lifting. I also asked him to add a mount I had in another room, he did and put that tv up on it. His pricing is fantastic too. Will be using him again!
Noel was great! We hung up 4 tv racks for us and helped us put one really big TV up. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He hid the wires behind the wall for 2 of our TV’s and it turned out great. We were very satisfied, not only with his work but the price! He’s very fair on pricing and we wish we had more TV’s for him to hang :) thanks again, Noel! We’ll definitely be referring your services out.
Extremely responsive and assisted me throughout the entire process. Even went out of his way to get me a new mount when mine didn’t work. Great service and work! Will definitely use again, thank you! 🤗
Excellent service provided. Great communication. I needed help selecting the proper mount and product to hide wires and received advise on what to buy. Definitely recommend and will hire again for future wall mount work.
