Smart Move Pro Services and Julio were fantastic! I was coming into town from Houston to surprise my father, and reached out to them at the last minute. Julio responded almost immediately, and we scheduled a house cleaning for the very next morning. They did a thorough, professional job on short notice. My father keeps mentioning how spotless everything looks, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. I got a deep clean. I specifically asked for floors and refrigerator and freezer to be done. The floors are all sticky and the freezer wasn’t done at all. The carpet didn’t look vacuumed at all. The outside of the refrigerator had more streaks on it. They used most of MY paper towels. The shower wasn’t cleaned very well. They did not need to move stuff around on my shelves and put things where they don’t belong.
The work was very good. Three bathrooms and and kitchen were cleaned.
I paid $320 for a deep clean and we did not get a deep clean. I gave good instructions on what I needed done. I will not use this service again.
I had to be out of my house really quickly and asked if they could be available within an hour. They came within that timeframe, but they did a really good job!
Quick response , flexible regarding what I needed done. After move in I needed decluttering in a bedroom and closet. Dorian was kind patient as she went through boxes of items because I did mot want to keep everything. Also helped laundry, toy room/ mopped kitchen and hall tile. Very satisfied with her quality of work. I did think two people were coming for $170, for 3 hrs. 2-5, when only one came. If we had not asked for the other bedroom and bath not to be touched today, the clean would not have gotten completed. Dorian, again is supper great to organize, be patient while I sorted and made decisions.

I hired this moving service through Thumbtack and paid for moving help. During the move, the crew was not prepared for the size of the job and only two workers were sent. There was significant damage to my belongings including a cracked 75-inch television, damage to furniture, and damage to walls and stair areas in my new home. I have photos and proof of payment. I have tried to resolve this directly but have not received cooperation. I am requesting assistance in resolving this matter.
Excellent service. I called them last minute and they agreed to accommodate my move from a first floor storage unit to a 2nd Floor storage unit. I’ve had these items since 2008 so I was so grateful to be able to clear out this unit. I will definitely use the service again. They were truly a blessing for me.
Their office manager Julio agreed to the job for a very competitive price and then his mother Celia, along with her other son, did a fantastic cleaning job. I would highly recommend them and I plan to use them again in the near future.
