Our moving crew was great! Very hard working group of men. They were on time, worked quickly and handled our belongings with care. They came prepared with the proper equipment and supplies.
Everything was perfect! Nick called to confirm my appointment with me a few days before to discuss what exactly was needed. Movers pack for you AND bring materials. The moving process was fast and seamless. Nick and his moving partner were very nice and efficient. We even had the luck of the draw and had a rainy move day in California. Even then, no breaks in anything or time problems. Would definitely use this company again and recommend to others in The Bay Area.

Alexei is super responsive while booking and was the first one to respond to our project on thumbtack. Nick and Eugene came before time and were super professional during the entire 2bhk move. They took extra care with our fragile furniture. Nick was very friendly and fun to be around. Both of them were quite efficient with the heavy and miscellaneous stuff. I have some negative feedback about my experience with this company communication. In addition to the scheduling issues, I had set aside a section of the house not to be packed with everything else. I explained to job lead about this, and why it matters. Additionally, I explained that I wanted to oversee the packaging of my $10,000 dollar speaker set. They were VERY aware about this and started making poor decisions about how to do it on their own without me which I had to intervene and correct. Despite having access to the sharpie, they did not label most of the boxes. Now that I am on the other side of this, I have to go through unmarked boxes to try to find the stuff I set aside for my initial couch crashing season before I move into my long term home. This is a painful experience and was not necessary had your team members listened to the instructions. The lead diffused my initial frustration about misplacing the stuff I had set aside for myself by explaining that his team member didn’t speak English well. Upon further reflection, I expect the lead to convey the information shared to prevent this kind of mishap. While they were hard working people, I would not have tipped them given how poor this experience has ultimately turned out.

Great helpers
Very good all hour communication, super neat movers and be really careful to the details. We have a huge sofa and heavy boxes, all nicely move up to second and third floor. Took only 2.5 hours for 3 he work. The whole experience went from being worried and tressed to a relieve and enjoyable day. Yet, the best part is this experience makes my wife dare to buy another house.
Moved 1BR worth stuff shipped via Relocube from Upack center in Oakland to Apartment complex in Mission Bay. Tony and Nick came exactly on time, were very efficient and finished everything in 2 hours (Unloading/Loading, Driving and Unloading/Loading). Was skeptical about the multiple 5 star ratings but they are totally worth it. Will use them again!

Though the truck Uhaul have us was definitely smaller than what we needed, Adil & Omar worked super efficiently and somehow managed to fit everything! 5 stars to them for making the impossible possible!
