I had a terrible experience with this ant exterminator. The service was horrible, and there were no positive results at all. Even after the treatment, the ants were still there, as if nothing had been done. To make matters worse, their customer service was awful and unhelpful. I regret hiring them and would not recommend their services to anyone.

I hired them, Raul was nice polite on-time and tried to get me to buy the quarterly plan, which I was thinking/planning if the first treatment worked and I mentioned that to him, He said it will take 2-3 days for the treatment to work and it should last about 2 months. In less than two weeks I started seeing spiders again in the house, sent him a message and he said if I am on the quarterly plan they would provide warranty for their work but for the one-time job which costs me almost $200 there is no warranty, what a joke!! So he said sorry we can do nothing! I will never hire them again. The reason I provided 2 stars not one as Raul was polite and on time,
