Smart Exclusion is the absolute best of the best! I needed help with an issue at my house in Oakland, and these guys were one of seven different companies I called to take a look. The majority were complete and total clowns who I wouldn't trust to catch a goldfish from a tank. Above all, most "bidders" were simply sales people, not really focused on diagnosing the problem, but just trying to make a sale. One of them even shared a "little known fact" with me that rodents are invertebrate (!!!). Not sure if I should blame the US education system, or if he was a uniquely ignorant individual. Smart Exclusion was different. They got up on the roof and did a very careful inspection, clearly showing me evidence of where pests were travelling, and getting into all of the hard spots with a remote inspection camera. You can tell they really know their stuff, and are conscientious about their work. Better yet, they are a small family-run outfit so you have the benefit of working directly with either the owner or a close relative on each job. Try and get that level of service from a big-box company! Best of all, despite being leaps and bounds better than other bidders in terms of technical skill and knowledge, their rates were comparable and in some cases even lower! Call these guys out for your pest problem. You will not be disappointed!
