They installed a patio door in our house and a window. Overall, we are very happy with the products and the lifetime warranty services that come with them. Also, Bryan and Robert personally make sure that the work gets done on time

Great experience from beginning to end! Quick response even during off hours. Prior installer installed my door incorrectly do I hired them to fix which is something many won't do, but they took this on. Took out the door and reinstalled it correctly along with fixing up all the mistakes they did. Grear work and will hire them in the future if need be!
The whole crew came in took out and installed 14 windows all in one day. They did beautiful work.
We definitely had some hiccups around the installation date but they did everything they could to make it right. I’m extremely happy with my new window and door. Not only the quality but the install guys were amazing and cleaned up afterwards.
Had a great experience with Smart Shield. Josh and Bryan were very responsive on questions and laid out all the details I was looking for. The installers came today and completed the installation. Overall great experience with Smart Shield, I would gladly work with them for my next set of windows that need to be replaced.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Bryan from Smart Shield Windows to replace a sliding glass door leading to our new deck from our kitchen. From the moment Bryan responded to our inquiry on Thumbtack, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. His prompt replies (over 100 messages exchanged!) and in-depth knowledge about various products truly set him apart. Bryan visited our home and expertly matched our new sliding door with our interior kitchen cabinets, ensuring a seamless look that complemented our newly built outdoor kitchen and deck. The Okna 8200 series sliding door he recommended was exactly the elegant and high-quality solution we were looking for. Throughout the process, Bryan's communication was exemplary, keeping us informed every step of the way. The installation crew was equally impressive, displaying top-notch professionalism and skill. They took the time to explain their methods and ensured everything was installed perfectly. We are absolutely delighted with the results and the level of care provided by Smart Shield Windows. Bryan's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are why we will be contacting him again for any future window replacements. Highly recommend Smart Shield Windows for anyone in need of new doors or windows. They truly deserve five stars in all categories!!!
Bryan and his team were a delight to work with. Bryan responded to every text I sent before during and after the project. I love my windows, they are beautiful and adorable. Thank you Bryan
Beautiful quality work. Excellent communication from all points of contact. Quick turnaround time. Highly responsive from start to finish. Has completely transformed the look of our home. We're very happy! Thank you to Robert, Bryan, James and the rest of the install team for a very smooth experience! Adding before & after photos.
Smart Shield Windows was great. Very responsive and professional. They worked within the budget I had available and did an amazing job. The crew was awesome too. These guys are very punctual and worked quick. I’m extremely happy with the windows too. They cut down on the road noise and it’s now unbelievably quiet on the porch. Will absolutely use them again for the next project
I loved the quality of work, the team is very professional, they are friendly and listen to costumer, the quality is superb, very happy with windows, the crew is excellent, I would recommend them to anyone.
From the time they came out for the free estimate until the last screw was put in, the entire experience was amazing and headache free. I’m very confident in the work they did. They were very respectful and trustworthy. I will definitely have them do the remaining windows in my home when the time is right.
Before & after speaks for its self. Professional and completed the job in a few hours. In love with our new sliding door.
Great job from recommendation about what type of window to get, to clean up. Crew was professional, respectful, and efficient with a difficult job (removing a large glass block window). Highly recommend!
Bryan and his team at Smart Shield are the best in the business. We received 6 quotes from other companies and none of the others came close in terms of quality and price. We did not want to sacrifice one or the other, so thankfully we finally found Smart Shield. They made sure to walk us through every step of the process. From our initial consultation through installation Bryan went above and beyond to make sure that we were both informed and happy. I will recommend them to anyone looking for new windows!
Basement Door Installed: The Smart Shield Windows Team delivers excellent customer service. The team was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about their craft. I would highly recommend their company for any of your window and door projects. It was a pleasure to work with a company that pays attention to the customer’s needs and takes the time to explain the work required to meet the customer’s needs. I am very pleased with the work done at my home and the attention to leaving a tidy work site once work was complete. Definitely a 5 Star experience!
Bryan and his guys are great!! Very professional, polite, and very hard working. I will be recommending them to my family and my friends for all the services they provide!
Beautifully replaced my sliding back door!
If I could give a “10” for exceptional quality and experience with Smart Shield I would! From the moment I contacted the company I knew they were the one for me. Bryan who was quick to respond, listened to my needs, was very professional but his sincerity is what sold me. He takes pride in his company and this is important to me as a customer. After comparison shopping, and receiving a fair bid. I knew I wanted to work with them. Today Arthur installed my new French doors. He was meticulous, accurate, highly skilled and did an excellent job! The doors are strong snd sturdy and it makes me feel securely sealed in my den. If you are looking for Quality.. You can Trust…Smart Shield Windows.
I could not be happier with the job that was done! There’s nothing worse than having to replace a sliding patio door- and getting the run around by so many people. I can honestly say Smart Shield Windows should have been my first call because they really went above and beyond to help me out! I didn’t have to wait long for answers, and it was speedy in finding a door that worked for me. It’s like night and day now!!!
Great job. Bryan was very helpful and did complete work in 2 days after contacted where other contractors were in process of giving me quote. Price was superb and work was excellent
