Robert came through quickly and got my internet up and running. He also suggested a new way of configuring the network so that we avoid more interruptions in the future.
most guys avoid giving a quote but not not here, Robert stayed close to the quote and and he completed the work in a timely manner. I was throughly impressed with his his knowledge , his recommendations are spot on for what I need. There's more work to be done and this guy gets an A plus plus from me.
Smart Tech Installations, LLC was a God-send. He was knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and most of all patient with my questions and needs. I would highly recommend.
Very impressed with Robert. He responded right away. He diagnosed the issue within 10min, explained everything clearly, and got all my cameras back on line. Great customer service and very reliable. I will be using Robert again for another job.
Robert is knowledgeable, professional and provides good for a reasonable price. I would hire again.
Robert was fantastic to work with, everything was neat and clean. The quality of work was amazing, will definitely recommend him to others.
I contacted them July 11, 2025 and received NO response. I contacted them again today September 3, 2025 and still NO response. I’m attaching photos of both of my contacts with them. There definitely won’t be a 3rd time.
Robert called me within 2 minutes of posting the job (ON A SATURDAY). He came by within a couple hours. Super professional, had all the equipment needed to wire up Ethernet throughout my house. We tested the internet speed before and after, he 3x’d the internet speed - I was blown away. Highly recommend Robert and his company
In my opinion, Robert represents everything that a professional should strive to be. To start, he spent a great deal of time with me walking my property and assessing in detail all of my needs (and making suggestions to do things in ways I never would have thought). He was then able to give me an estimate on the spot that was more than reasonable for the high complexity of the work that was needed. Furthermore, I had many specific needs and requirements beyond just the scope of work that other companies were not willing to comply with, yet Robert didn’t bat an eye. I had him help me out with the installation of 6 Unifi cameras (all of which needed PoE runs going through one or more interior/exterior walls, and one that required a very long run in conduit and had to be painstakingly fished through a large patio cover) as well as the installation of a Flex Utility enclosure and Flex Switch in my garage. I observed his work over the course of two days, and to say that he thinks of every small detail is an understatement. I had my own ideas of how to go about routing cables and placing cameras, most of which were not ideal and didn’t really result in an aesthetically pleasing outcome. Therefore, I am glad I had someone like Robert to kindly suggest ways that would be (and absolutely were) better. The end result was a very clean installation with neat wire runs and incredible camera visibility that I could never have hoped to pull off on my own. Admittedly, I had a list of items in my head that I expected any professional that I hired would miss, forget to do, or possibly cut corners on. Incredibly, Robert did not miss any of them and absolutely did not cut a single corner. Not only that, he went many steps above and beyond. On top of that, he is just a really cool guy. I enjoyed chatting with him and ended up learning a lot from that as well as seeing everything that he did and the way he did it. I saw him work nonstop for stretches of time I didn’t think were humanly possible, persisting and pushing on even when he encountered a challenge. He thinks on his feet and never seems to be short on creative solutions (and no, I don’t mean chintzy workarounds or hacks - all of his work is of the highest quality). He had many opportunities to choose an easier, but less ideal and less functional route. He never did that and did not compromise my project to save himself time or hassle like most people would have. In the end, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the finished product. My cameras work flawlessly and look great! Robert’s work exceeded my expectations in every way.
