Their estimates were ridiculous. Extremely overpriced and disappointing experience. The technician did not seem knowledgeable. The repair quote was ridiculously high—almost to the point where buying a new washer seems more reasonable. I would not recommend this company based on their pricing.

The quote they offered me is way expensive cost more than product
I was charged 151.55 to remove the shipping bolts. He got here and tried to tell me that I didn’t say what the issue was. It’s on the message thread. How did that become 151.55. This is a true scam. I saw in the reviews that’s what happens. But I gave the benefit of the doubt. Screw me. And I had to pull up YouTube to show him how to do it. Plus he used my dolly to get the appliance out. I’m pissed.
I had a great experience with this appliance repair technician. He was professional, punctual, and very thorough. He explained what was causing the problem, thoroughly cleaned out all the dust and lint from my dryer, replaced the faulty part, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He also took the time to explain how to properly maintain my dryer to help prevent future issues. I would definitely recommend him.

He tried to charge me 250 for an incomplete job. Granted the piece we had was the wrong piece but how can you charge me and you are not able to put it in? Then said he fixed the wiring and although the dial couldn’t be fixed the dryer can still run it just wouldn’t be controlled, he was paid and not even an hour later my dyer is not turning on
The tech was nice and knew what he was doing. They required the receipt to honor the in warranty repair. i needed to look for the receipt so he charged me the call fee. it was supposed to be $49. he charged me over $80. That sucks.
6/4/26: SmartFix Update: After submitting my first review, the manager Dana reached out to me regarding my issue and resolved it. She also followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied, which really improved the customer service experience. The technician arrived on time and was professional and courteous. The garbage disposal has been installed and I haven’t had any issues since. Based on the overall experience, I am updating my review from 1 to 4 stars. Even though it was a bumpy beginning, it all worked out in the end and I am happy. Thank you, Smart Fix team!
