Braydan from Smart Guard Solutions LLC came out the same day to help replace two door knobs, two deadbolts, and a single‑cylinder lock — one on an interior hardwood door and one on the garage door. He arrived around 5:30PM and stayed until almost 9PM, which I really appreciated. The job ended up being more involved than expected. He had to chisel out the strike plate for the new lock, which took extra time and even required him to go buy a new set of chisels. He also drilled a new hole and attempted to install a new lock on the interior door, but the door is older and quirky, so the new hardware wouldn’t sit right. He reinstalled the original knob, which now has a slight gap, but the deadbolt works — it just needs to be positioned just right. I’ll need to fill in a bit of trim with wood filler, but overall the functionality is there and I’m satisfied with the result. I’m giving 4 stars because Braydan was a bit disorganized. He left his drills behind and had to come back for them, left metal debris in the garage that I ended up sweeping, and didn’t remove the protective coating on the interior lock, so it looked white instead of the gold finish that matches the knob. He was also distracted by a co-worker calling him with an issue on another job. That said, he was friendly, hardworking, and clearly committed to getting the job done despite the challenges. I would absolutely call on him again for future lock work in my home. Thank you, Braydan!

SmartGuard was out to setup our new office tvs. They did an awesome job mounting and wire covering. Very courteous and professional. Would absolutely use again for future projects.
I’d like to say that I had a wonderful experience with Braden. He made this so easy for me upfront help me with the paint. Basically all had to do was place the order from Home Depot and it was delivered free. He paid in a spare bedroom of mine that I call the critter room. He did a beautiful job. I highly recommend if you want honesty and truth and a company you can trust believe me this is it. I’m very grateful to Smart Guard Solutions LLC.
The guy was trying to put another bill on me. So I declined and told him not to worry about getting my stuff moved.
I heard from Brayden quickly, he quoted me an extremely fair estimate. He and his team kept in touch with me about work times and what services they offer. They worked efficiently and were very personable and accommodating. I’ve already discussed some future projects!😎👍🏻
