We utilized the Company to open our hot tub which included making sure the hot tub was operating properly. A leak was noted during the opening process and remediated. The company offers weekly maintenance services which we have decided to take advantage of. We will also have the company close our hot tub during the winter months. We highly recommend Smart Water Pools for their hot tub services

I was extremely impressed with Travis's work ethic. While it is his busy season and I was having a hot tub issue in weather that isn't exactly hot tub appropriate, he was there to fix the issue when he said he would be, was on budget, and most importantly fixed the problem correctly the first time. Smartwater repaired my SPA quickly and efficiently after my original installer told me it had to be replaced, meaning a crane had to be used to take it off the deck and onto a truck, and then the new one dropped in place.
