I can’t recommend Steven from SMB Engineering enough. He worked with us on a complex addition of a tiled archway to our house - he completed the work a bit early & with no corrections from the city. The process was incredibly smooth and his rates were very reasonable. I’d also note that he explains his work & plans clearly. He’s very responsive and he even simplified our original model to save money without sacrificing durability. You couldn’t pick a better SE for your work.

Steven was great to work with for our backyard 2nd story deck construction. He provided the plans in a timely manner. Plans were approved without issues with the city. He was easy to work with and provided alternatives to the plan when I requested it. I was relieved to have him because he ensured the structure would be safe and long lasting. I hope we can work on a project again in the future.
