I am also proficient in GNW , HELOC, both purchase and sellers packages, reverse mortgages, refinance, Construction and commercial loans. For many years as a loan processor I was able to perfect my craft and understand the mortgage industry, in 2022 I decided to open SME Notary to provide the customer service that clients expect . SME Notary offers general notary work, Loan singing Services and Apostilles, estate planning services ,and translation services to handle all of my customers’ needs. covering Los Angeles, Orange and some parts of San Bernardino Counties with over 500 signings in 2024 customer service is key. My motto is "Do it right the first time" and will be there to assist in all notarial matters.

SME was able to schedule me right away. Was here on time. Price was was very reasonable. Professional, I wouldn't hesitate to invite her to my office. She verified beforehand I had everything I needed. Worked quickly and I was done in a few minutes. After she left I submitted my paperwork with no problems. The document that she notarized, it was done incorrectly. The top portion of the document wasn’t filled out. when I went to the county recorders office. They stated that the Notary filled the form out incorrectly. I was advised to reach out to the Notary and have it done correctly I tried reaching out to her several times no call back no email no text so my next steps are to find a new Notary and pay the full amount all over again what a waste of time and money. Beware
Sophia arrived ahead of our scheduled appointment. She is professional and easy to communicate with. She was prepared and competent. We finished everything in just a few minutes. Sophia also accepts Zelle as a payment type which is a big plus for me.
