They did a great job on our Lakehouse roof. Really extraordinary. But the best part was the consistent communications. They sent pictures and texts with updates. Everything was done on schedule and completed when they said it would be.

Smith was very communicative. I did not choose them to be my roofer as I "found the one" just prior to their quote and had to cancel our appt.
Overall quality was very good. The estimate consultation and the actual project work was handled professionally. An area that was not as good, was the follow up communication after the estimate consultation leading to the project start date. I had to initiate the communication to stay updated.
Even with all these downpours this past week, all the gutter drains worked so much better after getting the leaf filters installed.
Struggled a bit with scheduling/follow up and getting someone out to do the work but did a quality job and fixed an oversight without issues.

I reached out to get a roof from Smith Roofing. Home insurance claim, Smith said they would have the ac vents combed, roof replaced, ceiling where leak was, replaced. I got a roof. And excuses. Job not finished. I have been patient with this knowing economy for supply was high. Still I signed a contract for this to be done. So far not complete. Guess mold is ok with them, not with me. Beware, changes hurt customer.
