The team at Smith solutions did a great job. From the initial contact to the final results their communication and professionalism was great. I am big on energy and my instincts were right on point. They didn’t a great job and I will definitely be using their services again.
I wasn't planning on leaving a negative review despite my experience but after a week of no refund nor reply I feel I need to let other know about my experience. My consultation went well, although she did arrive 20 min late she did contact me about heavy traffic, so no problem. I did have to cancel a few days ahead of my original clean which they were very accommodating and scheduled me for the following week thankfully. On the day of the clean I got several messages saying they were running late. Over an hour and a half later they arrived. I again went over our previous conversation about what was to be done. 3 people came to clean the house which is over 2200 Sq ft. I left, got a message saying the house looked and smelled great! I went to check on the house later thar evening and I was extremely disappointed. The basement didn't nit appear to have been touched. There were still bugs on the window sills, dirt on the floors. The tubs I told were left to sit an hour but wouldn't come clean. Light fixtures that I asked to be cleaned hadn't been touched. Dust and cobwebs still on the walls, in the corners. This was a deep clean since the house was newly empty and being put up for sale. The hardwood floors were still full of white smudges and it just didn't look like any cleaning had been done. I ended up cleaning the house myself. The tub came clean after a few min. I steamed the floors perfectly clean, although I was told they must have spots that wouldn't come up. I was also told they weren't mold specialists when I mentioned the sliding shower door were still nasty. I wiped them clean with a cloth. It wasn't mold. I message them about not being happy with my cleaning and was asked when I'd be available in case they could come back. The house went on the market the next day and had showings. There wasn't time for them to come back. I sent pictures of many of the things that weren't done and was told I'd get an $80.00 refund out of the $435 that was paid. I agreed to the 80 being sent through Venmo since it was better than nothing. That was a week ago. I still haven't gotten my money nor a response.
They did a wonderful job with my home. My shower stall was a challenge and they were honest about what could be done. Employees were pleasant and efficient. I would recommend them.
I cannot say enough kind words about this company. They are always responsive and willing to go the extra mile. My schedule changes a lot and they are very accommodating. It is quality work in my house especially when I ask for additional things to be done my way. I recommend them for your home.

The clean was ok however I didn't like that they cleaned the bathrooms n left the tubs untouched
The crew that was here did an amazing job. My house hasn’t been this clean since the day I moved in 13 years ago, no cleaner than that. They did a thorough job and it was sparkling when I came home. Everyone was so pleasant and I appreciated the care they took in everything they did. A big thank you to Alexa and I will be sure to recommend your service to anyone I know. Smith Solutions, LLC did a wonderful job cleaning my hair salon. They made things shine that I haven’t seen shine in a couple years. They removed dust from spaces I couldn’t reach. It was easy to schedule my service with them too. I will be scheduling cleanings with them in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a cleaner.
