Fixed the issue quickly
I highly recommend Smooth Flow Plumbing. They were able to come out within 24 hours of my initial call — incredibly fast response time. The plumber was extremely professional, courteous, and clearly explained the issue and the repair. He installed a shutoff valve and took the time to explain how to properly shut off the exterior faucet in the winter to prevent future problems. The work was done efficiently and at a very fair price. It’s rare to find a company this timely, professional, and affordable. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Very easy to work with and extremely fast
I initially reached out to Smooth Flow Plumbing for a kitchen faucet replacement and was impressed by the quick response. However, my experience quickly went downhill due to the plumber’s unprofessional attitude. When I simply asked to see a picture of the new faucet, he got defensive and responded with, “What is it that you want to know?”—which felt unnecessarily rude for such a basic request. As a customer, I have every right to see what is being installed in my home. His dismissive attitude immediately raised red flags, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Even after trying to be polite and leaving the door open for future work, he shockingly replied, “Don’t ever contact me again.” That kind of response is completely unacceptable from someone in a customer-facing business. On top of that, his prices are quite high compared to other plumbers who offer the same service with a much better attitude. If you value professionalism, fair pricing, and basic respect, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of skilled plumbers out there who actually appreciate their customers—Smooth Flow Plumbing is not one of them.

I contacted Chris about our leaky faucet and he actually helped me understand my faucets warranty through kohler. I contacted kohler and told them about our issue and they provided a brand new faucet. Chris came out and installed it right away and did a great job. I am bit particular about things lining up a certain way and he made sure it was working just how we wanted. I would highly recommend Chris.
I don’t know a thing about plumbing but after I broke a cap to a pipe that seemed clogged, Chris called within seconds and did a great job of explaining what it went to and what was happening! Quick and efficient.
I had leaking coming from my first floor light fixture from my 2nd floor bathroom. Chris came, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He knows his stuff. Definitely would use him a again.
