I called Snap because the connector on the overhead track was not engaging. Eric, the tech, convinced it was not repairable and sold and installed a new unit (upsell?) $500 plus tax. Eric worked hard and the unit works well. However, I discovered the wall unit for the other door was not working. I felt a power wire had been disconnected. After many, many phone calls, Snap sent a different tech to look at the dead unit. He sent a photo to Eric, who denied touching that unit in any way. Since I had no proof, I had to call a different company to fix the unit. (Be advised: although Snap’s website states they do accept checks, Eric refused and charged me $25 for using my Mastercard.) The new unit is wonderful; I do wonder about the other issues.
