The lady was very rude when I was calling to ask when they would come. I know it was a 17 inches of snow in Dedham, but she could have been more professional. It took them three days to come. They were done in 15 minutes. I got charged $409. I thought it was too much, considering the job and time.
Actually come when it snows . I had to hire someone else after waiting two days .
I have been waiting 12 hours for them to show up and plow my driveway. I am a senior citizen and not able to shovel anymore. They will not refund my $1,400 I paid for their service. I wonder if they treat their grandparent’s like this?
