First of all his communication skills are horrendous - he would only provide updates only after I reached out to him and he gave these assurances that he was out doing the attempts. Secondly, when he should've been making the 3rd and final attempt at service, I asked him who he gave the docs to and he simply replied it was a "cashier". This is a prime way to get a service 'quashed' and have to start the process over again. After calling him and making him clarify that he gave them to a manager who oversaw the cashier station, he assured me that he would be mailing in the copies to the address to finalize the substituted service protocol. He claimed he was going to send them in on Monday, And when I mention that this was a holiday, he said don't worry I'll send them in on Tuesday. Then when I checked in to make sure was mailing in the docs on Tuesday and provide t Proof of Service with the Declaration of Diligence, he confirmed he would email those the same night but he didn't. When I hit him up the next day for why he didn't send me those necessary docs, he delayed and said that it was his birthday but he would get the, and he has a big workload, but told me he would send them over later that night - I told him I do not care about your birthday or workload, need to fulfill your own promise you made. Then this fool is going to tell me that it doesn't matter if I get my docs tomorrow or next week, and to just relax! This guy isn't serious and of you have a case that goes beyond basic service, he will drag his ass to follow through and jeopardize your case. You're better off using ServeNow.
I had a ridiculous timeline set by the court of LA to serve someone within less than 48 hours! I contacted AIA Solutions and I was met with a very fast response, great communication, and a great quality of work while feeling more like a friend than a transaction! Thank you again!

Mr Avalos exceeded my expectation in every way! He had always responded to my questions and requests promptly, professionally, kindly and patiently, even before I ever employed him. He went out of his way, on Good Friday, to do a rush job, serving 3 people in a gated community, all within just a couple of hours after receiving my court papers! He was very responsive and very helpful. Serving someone can be very stressful and a pain, he made it all very easy and way less stressful. Can’t recommend him enough.
Lack of communication and didn't complete the job requested. He promised to serve all three people and agreed to mail the documents if he was unable to serve them in person. However, he only served one in person and didn't do the other two. He didn't send me back the paperwork, either. I had to find someone else to do the job. Not reliable. I don't recommend. Wish he could at least improve the communication to let me know what's going on.
Orson was very responsive to my inquiry and was able to accommodate my request next day! He was professional, considerate and got the job done with no issue. I would highly recommend Orson and hire him again!
