I hired Social Butterfly for my brother-in-law’s surprise party, and they were easily one of the best parts of the night. Millie, the owner, with support from her husband, delivered excellent service along with truly impressive cocktails. She crafted a coconut fat-washed Old Fashioned that became a standout of the evening. It was one of the best variations of an Old Fashioned I’ve ever had—smooth, balanced, and not overly sweet. Millie even sous vided the coconut oil for hours, which gave the drink a deeper, cleaner flavor and a great texture. She also made an elevated margarita that was a hit with everyone. It had a bright, clean flavor profile and was presented beautifully. The garnishes were well done and added to the overall look of the drink in a really thoughtful way. Beyond the cocktails, Millie’s professionalism and personality made a huge difference. She arrived on time, set up quickly, and was warm, engaging, and incredibly attentive throughout the event. She had a great read on the room—often preparing drinks for guests right as they were ready for another round. Overall, Social Butterfly brought a level of quality and hospitality that made the night feel special. I’ll absolutely be hiring Millie again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a talented and reliable mobile bartending service!
