I notified Solar Technologies of my issues. They asked for photos and details. They corresponded with me several times. After a week plus had passed, I asked them why they hadn’t gotten back to me. The same day I asked, I received a text stating they do not service my area. I was told by someone that they are a subcontractor of SunRun, the company that has a warranty on my solar but has not fixed the solar going on a year, they (SunRun) always coming up with a an excuse. Poor customer service and questionable ethics on Solar Technologies to gather information, knowing they are a subcontractor of SunRun, then turn around and say they do not service my area.
