Reviews
Rob and his tech were extremely knowledgeable and right to the point. My hot tub was fixed within minutes and he took the time to explain how to make my system better (per my request). Highly recommend working with these guys.
SolarX had horrible communication and did not complete the job. I will never hire them again and would tell anyone to avoid.
My pool pump stopped working, Robert with Solar X replaced the pump the next day. I appreciate his responsiveness, professionalism and value. I would highly recommend Solar X.
Rob was a LIFESAVER!!! We have an air bnb and manage it remotely from out of state. We had an issue with our pool heater while we had guests staying in the house. He came out within an hour on a Sunday!! Fixed the problem right away and gave us a great price. He saved us! He is now our new pool guy! Highly highly recommend!
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for any of their pool needs. They were incredibly responsive, professional, and fair. They weren't the lowest price bid that I got, but I went with them anyway based on the great overall value that they provided. I will definitely use them again. 👍🏼
Quick responses and timely installation. Great work.
SolarX replaced our pool filter, lights and pump, and they did a great job. Easy to reach, responsive, and the work was done right. Everything's running great now. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing pool repair.
Robert was great, very responsive and reasonable price.
Excellent customer service from Solar X! I needed help disconnecting my pool heater, and they were able to take care of it the very same day they came out to look at the job. I was extremely happy with how quickly and professionally everything was handled. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process easy. It’s refreshing to receive this kind of great customer service. I would definitely recommend Solar X and will use them again in the future!
I got quick response through Thumbtack and once connected the communication was clear and to the point. He was able to get my pool filter installed the next day. I wish I’d had these guys do all the work on my pool equipment. The job that was done was clean and professional.
HIGHLY recommended. This company rocks. Robert and Jack are extremely professional and notable for their courtesy, knowledge workmanship and cleaning up after the repair. I like when things are done correctly from start to finish and SolarX exceeded expectations. Thank you Thumbtack for making this connection and kudos to SolarX.
