Provided steam cleaning, grout restoration and sealant came early in the morning and finished at the end of the day. Would highly recommend.

Excellent company! Their communication throughout getting quotes to the completed job was superior. They worked with my schedule and my budget and I am very happy with the way my tile looks. I highly recommend them for your tile cleaning needs.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellence absolutely speaks for itself! Gui from Solution Services Specialist brought my black matte porcelain floor in our master bath wet room back to life. The floor had suffered from terrible haze and wax buildup and had never looked like the original installation, until Gui worked his magic. He dedicated 10 full hours of diligent, meticulous work, cleaning until the deep black finish was restored to its original beauty. He also sealed the grout to a rich dark gray, giving the entire space a fresh, flawless look. The transformation is stunning and speaks louder than words. Gui’s professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be more appreciative of his work, and I highly recommend Solution Services Specialist to anyone seeking true craftsmanship and excellence.
