We’ve done 2 jobs with SOM. Mario is on time, knows what he’s doing and communicates well (lets you know your options). I’d definitely recommend SOM to a friend.

Mario was great. He problem solved a unique project for me and saw it through all the way to the end. He was true to his quote and professional all around!
Mario’s work quality and customer service is beyond my expectations. He extended the wooden post on my deck. Mario is very knowledgeable about my vision.
Mario and his team did excellent and precise work. They had to make a ceiling opening and install an attic ladder to my attic. Mario took his time making sure the measurements and work was done correctly. Professional, amicable and proficient. I absolutely recommend him.
It took a little time to get Mario on the job because he was so very busy but he was well worth the wait, he did an outstanding job! I highly recommend!!
Mario did an amazing job! I was trying to get the project done for 2+ months and kept running into obstacles. When I sent the request to Mario, he called me the same day, came to look at the project the next day, and completed the project a few days later. He was on-time, friendly, and did a great job! I definitely plan to use his services again!
I would definitely recommend SOM construction. Mr Avila was on time and very professional. I was so stressed out trying to find someone to do this small job for me . I had been calling and leaving messages to different companies and he was the only one who responded to my issue. I really appreciate that ❤️❤️❤️. Thanks again Mr Avila I will definitely use your services again. The work quality was nice and sturdy he built a nice platform for my wall oven .
Positive experience from the beginning. Mario over communicated every step of the way. He was transparent about the costs and completed the railing installation in a timely manner. I couldn’t be happier with the final product. I look forward to working with SOM construction again on future projects.
Working with Mario was fantastic. Very responsive via text and calling. Our HOA building needed exterior wood staircase and 4 front doors and frames all re-painted. Mario said he would arrive to start the work on a Saturday between 7am-8am. We’ve all been there before where someone ends up showing up around lunchtime… not Mario! Mario arrived at 7:01am and started working right away. Fantastic work quality, great communication, fair pricing, and very punctual. Mario is awesome to work with and would 100% recommend!
We had an immediate need to level an island, exactly, so that granite could be installed, and they responded promptly, with a reasonably priced estimate, solid advise on how to proceed, and came out as promised, quickly completing the job, professionally and precisely.
