Several things went wrong and weren’t done correctly or completed during the project. Poor installation or things done incorrectly or half-assed applied to every component of the project. Subcontractors will take every shortcut possible if you’re not doing the project management yourself. Already having to repair a toilet that was installed incorrectly and finishing off drywall work and trim work as well as redoing the grout installed with the incorrect color. It was clear they weren’t interested in finishing the project so rather than continuing to chase them down to finish it, I’m now finishing things myself. My DIY work on other parts of my house is better quality. Don’t use them if you expect quality or complete work.

About Soul Builders SLC Inc
Einav and Elad first crossed paths during their military service, where they collaborated on specialized projects for the air force, forming a bond rooted in teamwork and a shared passion for precision. Over the years, they kept their friendship alive, and fate brought them back together in Los Angeles, where they began working for the same construction firm. Realizing their collective potential, they decided to take a leap and establish their own company, Soul Builders, combining their vast expertise in construction. While Los Angeles provided a vibrant foundation for their new venture, Elad’s love for Salt Lake City and his family made frequent travel challenging. Instead of choosing between cities, they embraced both. By launching Soul Builders SLC, they brought the innovation, speed, and design-driven approach of California construction to the more traditional, community-focused landscape of Utah. This fusion of West Coast creativity with Utah’s values of family and outdoor living creates a unique flavor in their construction philosophy, offering clients the best of both worlds.
Reviews
I actually never had them do any work for me. Thumbtack won't let me delete the review. Only update it. Just realize they ask for your email address and phone number before they will give you a bid.
My family had a good experience with Elad. He is knowledgeable and asks poignant questions.
Received a call minutes after submitting a request for an estimate. They came the next day to the home and were extremely professional and thorough. The process used for design through completion is very well organized.
really if no star was possible I would given it here. We had one conversation saw some pictures and they decided after making a apt. "Hey Robert, I apologize, we are not the right company to help you with your remodel. We specialize in more complete space remodels and not local repairs. I am canceling our estimation. Again apologies and good luck. Yuval"
I recently had my kitchen remodeled by Elad and his team, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the very first consultation to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, communicative, and incredibly skilled. They listened and brought it to life with thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Now, I have a beautiful, functional kitchen. I've received so many compliments from friends and family, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re considering a remodel, I highly recommend Soul Builders. They truly care about their work and their customers.
Elad and Einav was very kind and helpful in getting us an estimate for a kitchen remodel. In the end we decided we weren’t ready to remodel just yet but Soul Builders prices were competitive and communication was great in the early process. They were available for questions, looking for ways to make it work and we hope to use them in the future when we’re ready to move forward.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Soul Builders for a major bathroom remodel, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. They completely transformed our space, including two stunning showers, two beautiful stalls, and four sinks. From the start, their team was professional, punctual, and truly listened to our needs. The attention to detail and craftsmanship was exceptional, and they kept the project on track without any delays. We were especially impressed with their communication throughout the process, always keeping us informed and making sure we were satisfied with each step. The finished product exceeded our expectations, and our new bathroom is nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend Soul Builders for any renovation project – they truly deliver top-notch results!
