Chris goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. He is always punctual and ready to work. He does a great job and cleans up behind himself. His rates are far superior to others in his field, plus he explains things well so you both understand. The company was great to work with and I have already recommended him to others!

After a late night clog in our kitchen, I contacted 2 companies to help with the problem and get a quote. One told me to call in the morning. Not the answer I was looking for. The other company was Southern Crafted Plumbing. They made me a priority even though it was late and came out at 8am the next morning. Chris explained what could happen and the expectations and within the hour he unclogged the pipe and saved me a lot of time and money. We will definitely be saving this company for future problems.
I set up an appointment to come out to see why my kitchen sink was leaking and to get a quote on installing another kitchen faucet. He came out and found that my basket was just loose and he tightened it up. Thank you but I called that afternoon to procure their service to install the faucet. The woman set the appointment for the next day, Tuesday between 11-2. I haven't heard from them since. No call, no nothing.

I really appreciate this team! They came out to check a potential issue in my home and helped me rule out it was nothing serious! I appreciate the honest assessment. I’ll be saving their contact information for future work.
