Do not hire this pro. He was absolutely horrible. He gave me a quote for the work on my hot tub and then at the end gave me a bill which was much much higher when I refuse to pay he got hostile, so I just paid him the work he did was absolutely, shabby and did not fix my hot tub problems. I called him to let them know that I still had problems with my hot tub. However, he never answered any of my phone calls or messages, which we’re about a dozen do not hire this gentleman he overcharge is people does not stand behind his work and has a temper

Very happy with the service. Travis was able to come within a day to check out our spa to see what our problem was. It ended up just being a fuse. I was impressed that everything, including some spa knowledge I didn't know, was fantastic. I would highly recommend Southern Flow anytime I need assistance with my spa.

Travis was awesome! Wish I found him sooner He came out earlier than expected, ordered the part that day and had it installed days later while most jacuzzi repair guys online gave me the run around why they couldn't get it done. Even my Golden Retriever, Maverick loved him and wanted to help...Highly recommended for any Jacuzzi / Spa repairs :)

Travis was very informative as to what I needed to get my hot tub back into tip top shape, He made recommendations as to different options I had to accomplish what I wanted as far as a lift and a cover. He was professional and a joy to work with and he is my go to man for anything future I need for my hot tub. He kept me informed as to when he would perform the work evem with shipping delays. I would highly tell anyone to contact him if they need work done.
