I had a water leak from my fridge that damaged some of my flooring. Jose responded promptly and provided excellent service for a great value that beat out even family friend's quote. Could be happier. Highly recommended!
My install was professionally completed. I was very impressed with how timely it was done and the price was also very reasonable. I will definitely hire again.

Contacted Jose initially for flooring and then we found out he could do painting as well! Jose and his team arrived on time, every time, communication was consistent and any questions I had was answered professionally and promptly. I HIGHLY recommend Jose and his team for your needs I can’t thank him and his team enough for the amazing work that they did. Book Jose, you WON’T be disappointed.
Showed up on time. By himself and completed the job in less than 3 hours. Clean up after and the work looks amazing. He is also finished my downstairs.
I’m thrilled with how my staircase turned out. The transformation is beautiful, and the workmanship shows real care and precision. Souza Installation demonstrated outstanding professionalism throughout the project. I would confidently recommend them for your next home upgrade.
He ruined my flooring steps and when I reached out he said he is out of the country and when I reached out again he said he will refund 10% of what he took and obviously he didn’t refund anything. He didn’t cut the step the same size of the wood stairs so the connection was not supported and it kept on moving from the other part and all the steps were ruined. Don’t hire him
I am more than pleased with my experience with Souza Flooring. Mr. Souza was responsive to all my questions prior to the installation, completed the job beautifully and in a most satisfactory time I would very definitely hire this company again.
Great price and amazing quality! We needed engineered hardwood removed and replaced with laminate hardwood. He was able to get everything done in one day and kept the area very clean. We are very happy with how everything turned out!
