Horrible experience. Every excuse not to clean from needed more cleaning products to car breaking down. Never spent to 4 hours in either day they showed. Told them to focus on walls, baseboards and windows the second day and still went back to only 1 or 2 walls cleaned and nothing else. $489 for the fridge and a couple of walls is beyond unacceptable. Didn't smell like a single cleaning product was even used. Requested a heavy duty clean but apparently they see heavy duty as a wipe down. Outrageous. I was supposed to get a $100 knocked off and that never happened.

The adult who came did an ok job. After he left.and really inspecting, things were missed. The company itself, would NOT recommend. The work was to start at 10, did get text that previous job taking longer if too long have Jaleb(?) come. By 1230, I texted, she said Jaleb didnt call? No! By 1:30 Jaleb was here, so 3.5 hrs late and then, I as quoted 469, charged 50 more. So 3.5 hrs late was here until 8:30, missed some blatant items and eas charged $50 more. Never again.
Canceled twice. Late without calling then charged for no service provided. Don’t waste your time with Sparkle
